These products can also be provided in square shape, threshed, or in cut filler form, to match each individual demand of our clients.

During different steps of the tobacco manufacturing plants, wastes such as stems, scraps, and dust are generated in significant amounts. Convert these by-products in Reconstituted Tobacco Leaves (RTL), also known as Homogenized Tobacco Leaves (HTL), represents not only economic advantages to the tobacco industry, as well provides as environmental-friendly destination to these by-products. Additionally, RTL has been consolidated over the decades as a key component in the tobacco blends for TAR reduction as well for taste & flavor adjustments.

The RECON TREX, our own patented process, presents flexibility to handle different types of tobacco by-products and offer low price RLT with high quality aroma compared to the other products in the market. Our RTL can be provided in square shape, threshed, or in cut filler form, to match each individual demand of our clients.

Both reconstituted tobacco and non-tobacco materials can also be offered in bobbins to be used as wrappers as well for the application in heat-not-burn products.
